  5. Move around with a cycle: you may not own a cycle but definitely can borrow from any kid in the neighborhood. Go out for a ride with no worries, no baggage of future or any tension by your side.   6. Visit a place of religious importance: the energies, vibrations and the aura of a place of religious importance is just incomparable. Look for a temple, church, mosque or gurudwara and sit there for some time. It will take away all your worries and troubles.
  7. Call a person: talk to a person you haven’t been in touch for around a month or so. It will refresh your mind and the conversation will lift you up for sure.
